the Briefing

We will provide a trade breakdown of our costs and highlight cost savings to maintain the budget.
contract signing
Sign up to an industry- standard Master Builders Contract. We provide a project timeline, trade rates and provisional sum allowances
Program established
A program will be provided, detailing the timings and sequencing of each trade. The project will be tracked and reported against the program.
Construction phase
Fortnightly meetings to ensure all the design elements and material selections are finalised and brought to life through the construction phase.
Provisional sums
We provide access to our extensive pool of quality tradespeople to finalise the details of your project, working within your budget to produce the desired quality outcome.
Monthly invoicing
A clear breakdown for each claim will be provided, referenced back to the contract breakdown. Claims will be a percentage of work completed at the end of each month.
Project complete
You will be shown through and given an operation manual for all the functional items in your house. (Outlining the location, operation, servicing requirements, contact details and warranty paperwork.)
completion care
We are only too happy to return to the project site to provide ongoing advice and service if there are any questions or items that need our attention.
