The architect was looking to achieve an off-form concrete industrial feel front facade, softened with weathered blackbutt screens and fences. The project consisted of 18 apartments over three levels with an underground car park and car stacker, excavated in the sand and below the water table.

Blanc at Willoughby consisted of seven apartments with a commercial shop to the main road. The project involved a massive 12m vertical cut in the sandstone to create the basement and car stacker. The project made use of laser cut screens to the front facade along with metal vertical cladding to make the building pop.
A low-cost social housing project consisting of 23 individual housing units and a common area.
The project was a design and construction of four-story modular design that took advantage of offsite construction techniques for three of its four floors. The modular component consisted of a custom-built container stackable design that was manufactured internally in China.
A full refurbishment of an existing period apartment block.
The project involved all new kitchens, bathrooms adding additional bathrooms, and a new unit that was hand excavated in the existing foundations. The existing brickwork facade was fully repointed and new brick ties were mechanically installed along with new arch bars over all windows.
